Haha hello again im here to post.
And this post would be counted as tmr's. hehe :)
Maybe i really had a lot of things to say. Now im really
trying to relax myself, so that tmr i can concentrate
better. Haha okok im not gonna talk about exams because
i believe everyone is also very sian when you hear exam.
Haha i wanna talk about ways to release stress.
ways to manage stress:
1. Laugh it off. Haha you can go youtube and type "miss swan" this video clip although is stupid but very funny.
2. Do some stretching. Haha i think it helps to relax.
3. Take a break. Take time to relax and sleep! you deserve it!
4. Do exercise. Haha although i seldom do BUT! it really helps.
5. Breathe slowly if you are nervous. May helps.
SURVIVING EXAM TIME!
1. Confidence!
2. Learn ways to relax.
3. Learn ways to take exam efficiently.
-Get enough sleep the night before test.
-If feel anxious during the test, close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
-Do easier questions first. Dont waste time over difficult questions.
4. Think about exam in efficient ways.
-Dont compare yourself with others. Just do your very best.
-Thinking about how important the test is and how is it terrible if you messed it
up.
